Elwyn is the Latest Tenant at 900 W Jefferson Street

The ink just dried on a new 12,000 square foot lease with Elwyn at 900 W Jefferson. We are very excited to expand on the properties diverse offering of social service and non-profit clients. Elwyn will be hosting this location as a adult day care and life skills training center. With the space scheduled for completion in April 2019, we are excited to help continue Elwyn's mission of helping people since the 1852.
