Ed’s capabilities span a broad spectrum of real estate brokerage and development. As Chief Executive Officer, he drives Parliament Real Estate Partners and its related companies forward with heavy momentum. With ten years of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate, he is in charge of oversight for all projects. He began his career after graduating from Lehigh University at Mahoney Realty Group, Ardmore, PA, and a short time later joined Lamm Realty Group, Bala Cynwyd, PA.

He is distinguished by his aptitude and drive, his focus on project-oriented results, and his commitment to overachieve expectations in challenging market conditions. Ed not only drives for ambitious objectives, but also motivates people to deliver.

KATE WEBBER
Kate is a licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate salesperson. She graduated from West Chester University. Before she co-founded Parliament Real Estate Partners, she managed a medical office for the past 6 years. Prior to that, the Vice President of a tool and die business and previous to that, top salesperson at a Healthcare Insurance Company. She has over a decade of successful work experiences wearing various hats, finding each one challenging and very satisfying.

Kate's accountability, loyalty and hard work ethic are applied to every project she is presented. Her eclectic business background gives her the ability to adapt to any situation and produce value. She looks forward to Parliament Real Estate Partners becoming a household name as she is truly confident that PREP can do anything for its clients.
