The call came in ... a Tenant from our network needed help.  A landlord was not going to let them renew and they loved the location.  Parliament jumped in to see if we could find a better solution but to no avail, so there was only one choice left. Buy the building, complete a bunch of CapEx to make this a perfect location for the tenant for years to come.
